Guest Services      

Airport, port and  bus station transportation
The hotel is 245 km away from the “Eleftherios Venizelos” Athens Airport, approximately 2.5 hours by car and 95 km from Kalamata’s airport, about an hour’s drive.  Also the nearest port  Gytheion is 45 km away and the nearest central bus station in Sparta, is 7 km away. Please contact the front desk if you need to arrange transportation.

Airline Information & Tickets
The Concierge will be pleased to reserve or confirm all your transportation needs.

Baby Cots
They are available upon request

Baby Sitting                       
If you require babysitting services please contact the Front Desk in advance. We are dedicated to your children’s safety, kindly advise us of any concerns you might have.

Baggage Service
Please contact the Reception for luggage pick-up and storage .Our porter will be happy to carry your luggage to and from your room.

For the comfort of your stay, you will find bathrobes and extra pillows in your wardrobe. If you wish to purchase a bathrobe, kindly contact the Reception.

ATM machines are available in Sparta.

Beauty center
The beauty center is located in the main building and and is open from 10:00 – 20:00.  The following services are provided:  face treatment, manicure, pedicure, make up ,waxing and hair treatments.

The breakfast is served in our restaurant “Elia” from 07:30 – 10:30 every day.
Early breakfast service  is also available.

Business Center
The Business center is located adjoining to the reception desk and is open around the clock. Is equipped with computer, printer, fax machine  , photocopy and scan machine.

Car rental
Contact the concierge to book car rental to cover all your needs.

Credit Cards  
We accept Mastercard and Visa. All credit arrangements must be stated upon registration. Guest wishing to charge their accounts to anyone other than themselves must have this arranged prior to arrival.  Kindly note that personal checks cannot be honored. The hotel will seek pre-authorization on all credit card payments. A credit limit is established for all our guests on arrival. Should this limit be exceeded during your stay, we will require further authorization and we will inform you accordingly.

The concierge is located adjoining to the reception and will be happy to give you any information you may ask.

Foreign currency may be exchanged at the Reception.

Check in time is from 15:00
Please contact the reception if you require your room after the official checkout time of 11:00 . There is an additional charge for extension of your stay until 18:00. Express check out is available under request.

You may book excursions to visit important archeological sights. Contact the concierge to book different types of tours.

Power supply in your room is 220 volts.  Should you require an adaptor do not hesitate to contact the Front Desk. The socket in the bathroom should be used exclusively for electrical razors.

Fire Emergency
Please read the fire precautions notice and directions located on the back of the door of your room. If for any reason you suspect fire call the Front Desk immediately. If you hear the fire alarm, evacuate your room at once. Do not use the elevators. Fire extinguishers can be found in each room.

Heating/Air Conditioning
The hotel has full central heating/air conditioning. Each room has a thermostat control in order to adjust the temperature as you wish.  Please keep in mind that doors need to be closed for the system to operate. Should you require any further assistance please contact the Front Office.

Hotels Shops
In our hotel there are shops with traditional and local products and gifts. The shops will remain open, daily from 09:00 to 19:00. Outside opening hours, please contact the reception.                                                                                                                                                                                           

Please contact the Front Desk if you require a new clean bathrobe or extra towels, pillows or blankets.

Free wireless internet (wi-fi) is available in all rooms and public areas of the hotel.

Laptops  and tablets
Laptops and tablets are available upon request.

In case you have clothes for cleaning or ironing you can give them to your maid or you can contact the housekeeping department. Clothes handed in by 9:00 will be returned by 17:00 the same day except Sundays and Holidays.
For your convenience you will find iron and ironing board in the closet of your room.

Lost & Found
If you lost something during your stay, please contact the housekeeping department or the front desk.

Meeting & Conventions
There are 3 meeting rooms with a capacity of 15 to 600 persons which are perfect for all types of business functions. Please contact the Front Desk for further information.

Each room is equipped with complimentary bottles of water.

Parking Facilities
Parking is available in the car park of the hotel. Also bus station  is available in  our hotels parking area.  Driver’s  service is also available.  Please remember not to leave any valuables in your car.

Thank you for your understanding! Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Petrol Stations
Petrol stations are open daily from 7:00 to 21:00 except for Sundays and Public Holidays  from 7: 00 to 18:00. The nearest petrol station is located outside the hotel.

Several types , hypoallergic pillows are available upon request.

Rejuvenation and wellness center
The Karam Spa  is located in the main building and is open from 10:00  until 20:00.  There is sauna, steambath, jacuzzi and massage room.

Our restaurant “Palataki” offers a creative Greek Mediterranean cuisine.
It is  open  from13:00 -16:00 for lunch and  18:30 -23:00 for dinner every day.
Palataki Restaurant”   with views of Mystras is the ultimate dining experience. You can enjoy the perfect balance between Earth  and Sea and  savor truly exquisite results. *
Our restaurant “Elia” offers  breakfast from 07:30 – 10:30 every day.
The “Castle Bar” offers signature cocktails. Opens daily from 17:00 – 01:00. *
The “Byzantino Cafe” offers light snacks and delicious desserts from 9:30 – 24:00.**
The  pool bar “Doukato” is open from May until October from 09:00 – 23:00.

Food or breakfast is available in special packaging , upon request.

Room Service
Room service is  available from 07.00-23.00.

Reception is 24 hour available.

Safe Deposit Box
According to Article 835 of the Greek Civil Code, the hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss of money, jewelry or any other valuable possessions belonging to our guests. However, for better protection of your valuables, there is a safe in your room, at no extra charge.  Should you require further assistance, please contact the Reception.

For your transportation to and from Sparta  there is a bus stop outside the hotel.
