Your privacy is very important to MYSTRAS GRAND PALACE RESORT  & SPA (“we” / “us”). We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal information which you have given to us when accessing and using our website, when making a booking on our website or registering with us, to protect your privacy in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection laws. In this section, you can find information about our policy regarding the protection of personal data, our use of cookies and the security policy that we follow about your privacy.

We collect personal data from you if you register online with us, access and/or use our website or carry out transactions for goods and services via our website or our hotel directly.

• Information we collect and how we use and share it. Personal data we collect when you access and use our website, when you make a booking through our reservation system and where you register online with us (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”):

1. Your name, email address, physical address, phone number, date of birth, country location and payment card information (to the extent this information is provided by you);
2. Information relating to your membership in one of our services or programs;
3. Information about how you use our website, products and services;  and
4. Information such as stay and room preferences made during the course of your reservation such as your preferred room type and specific requests to the hotel.

• We use the personal data collected for the purposes of:

1. a. Registering you as a new user of our services and managing our relationship with you as a registered user;
   b. Providing our reservation and booking services for our hotels and facilities to you;
   c. Internal analysis purposes;
2. To the extent that you have consented to being contacted for marketing purposes, we will use your personal data for the purposes of providing you with email newsletters, surveys, any other communication for the purposes of advertising and marketing of our services as well as providing you with targeted advertisements on our or third party websites;
3. Maintaining legal records and accounts for the time periods required by European/Greece law or where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation;
4. Where it is necessary to establish and/or exercise our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
5. Disclosures of your personal data

We may have to share your personal data within our group to the extent that is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data was collected for and with some third party companies under specific contract terms in accordance with the applicable laws, whose services we employ to conduct our business or in relation to any supply of products and services by us. Disclosure of your personal data may also be required in order to comply with any applicable laws.

In the instances where you have consented to the use of your personal data for the purposes of advertising and/or marketing we may share your personal data with third party online service providers who may be located outside of the EEA.

Στο ξενοδοχείο μας υπάρχει διαθέσιμος ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης (Parking Area) που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί 24 ώρες το 24ωρο χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση. Σταθμός λεωφορείων είναι επίσης προσβάσιμος στην καθορισμένη περιοχή. Σας υπενθυμίζουμε να μην αφήνετε οποιαδήποτε σημαντικά και πολύτιμα αντικείμενα στο όχημα σας.

Το κάπνισμα απαγορεύεται σε όλους τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους και δωμάτια. Υπάρχει ένας ειδικός κοινόχρηστος χώρος (Smoking Area) για καπνιστές και το κάπνισμα επιτρέπεται επίσης στα μπαλκόνια και στις αυλές των δωματίων, εφόσον οι πόρτες είναι κλειστές. Τα κατοικίδια είναι ευπρόσδεκτα στο ξενοδοχείο μας αλλά δεν επιτρέπονται στα δωμάτια μας. Υπάρχει ένας χώρος ειδικά σχεδιασμένος (Pet Area) που μπορούν φιλοξενηθούν με ασφάλεια στους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου. Τα κατοικίδια πρέπει να είναι πάντα κάτω από την επίβλεψη του συνοδού και να διατηρούν το κολάρο τους στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Σας ευχαριστούμε για την κατανόηση.

Το ξενοδοχείο μας είναι φιλικό προς τα Άτομα με Αναπηρία (ΑμεΑ) και προσφέρουμε ένα πλήρως προσβάσιμο (fully accessible) κατάλυμα με τις απαραίτητες ρυθμίσεις. Επιπλέον, παρέχουμε ένα ευρύ φάσμα εγκαταστάσεων που είναι κατάλληλο και καλύπτει τις ειδικές ανάγκες και απαιτήσεις. Το Συνεδριακό Κέντρο (Convention Center) αποτελείται από δύο συνεδριακούς χώρους που μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν από 50 έως 600 άτομα, τα οποία είναι ιδανικά για όλες τις λειτουργίες των επιχειρήσεων. Η αίθουσα συνεδριών Paleologos είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με την τελευταία λέξη της τεχνολογίας και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 300 μέχρι και 600 άτομα. Η αίθουσα συνεδρίων Art Gallery μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 50 έως 110 άτομα. Οι συνεδριακοί μας χώροι σίγουρα θα μετατρέψουν κάθε εταιρική εκδήλωση ή συνάντηση σε μια επιτυχημένη εμπειρία. Το Επαγγελματικό Κέντρο (Business Center) σας προμηθεύει με μια σειρά από επαγγελματικές υπηρεσίες, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της τεχνικής υποστήριξης (IT Support) κ.α. Εκτός από τις γραμματειακές και μεταφραστικές υπηρεσίες (secretarial and translation services), παρέχονται κατόπιν αιτήματος επιλογές σύγχρονης τεχνολογίας όπως φορητός υπολογιστής (laptop), υπολογιστής ταμπλέτα (table), τηλεομοιότυπο (fax machine), σαρωτής (scanner), εκτυπωτής (printer) και φωτοτυπικό μηχάνημα (photocopier). Το Κέντρο Παιδικής Απασχόλησης (Kids Club) λειτουργεί από επαγγελματικό εκπαιδευμένο προσωπικό που φροντίζει τα παιδιά σας με δραστηριότητες και προγράμματα ειδικά διαμορφωμένα για την ηλικία και τα ενδιαφέροντα των παιδιών. Η λέσχη είναι σχεδιασμένη σύμφωνα με τις πιο πρόσφατες προδιαγραφές και κανονισμούς ασφαλείας για τη διασκέδαση και την εκπαίδευση των μικρών μας φιλοξενούμενων. Παρέχουμε στα παιδιά σας προσεγμένη και εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα, καθώς και επίβλεψη όλες τις ώρες της μέρας. Η Υπηρεσία Φύλαξης & Φροντίδας Παιδιών (Babysitting & Childcare service) είναι επίσης διαθέσιμη κατόπιν αιτήματος στο Τμήμα Υποδοχής (Reception) εκ των προτέρων.

Οι εγκαταστάσεις του Κέντρου Αντισφαίρησης (Tennis Club) είναι από τις καλύτερες στην περιοχή και αποτελούνται από τέσσερα φωτιζόμενα γήπεδα τένις που διατίθενται από τις 9:00 π.μ. έως τις 9:00 μ.μ. κάθε μέρα της εβδομάδας. Το κέντρο προσφέρει μια σειρά από εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα και κοινωνικές δραστηριότητες για ενήλικες και νέους. Ειδικός εξοπλισμός, όπως ρακέτες και μπάλες αντισφαίρησης (tennis rackets and tennis balls) μπορούν να ζητηθούν στο Τμήμα Υποδοχής (Reception). Οι κρατήσεις μπορούν να γίνουν εκ των προτέρων στην υποδοχή, καθώς και οι εξειδικευμένοι επαγγελματίες για προσωπικά ή ομαδικά εκπαιδευτικά μαθήματα. Το Κέντρο Σωματικής Υγείας & Ευεξίας (Health Club) περιλαμβάνει ένα χώρο εκγύμνασης με ένα ευρύ φάσμα εξοπλισμού άσκησης. Οινοπνευματώδη ποτά, γλυκά, προϊόντα ελιάς, προϊόντα από μέλι, βότανα και μπαχαρικά και πολλά άλλα χειροποίητα αντικείμενα είναι μερικές από τις επιλογές που θα βρείτε. Το κατάστημα είναι ανοιχτό καθημερινά από τις 9:00 π.μ. έως τις 7:00 μ.μ.

Το Κατάστημα Ενθύμιων και Δώρων διαθέτει μια μεγάλη ποικιλία από μοναδικά αναμνηστικά ενθύμια και ένα ευρύ φάσμα δώρων ιδανικό για κάθε περίσταση από ιστορικές μέχρι διασκεδαστικές συλλογές. Το κατάστημα είναι ανοιχτό καθημερινά από τις 9:00 π.μ. έως τις 7:00 μ.μ.

Μια χαλαρωτική και γαλήνια εμπειρία σας περιμένει για να καλλιεργήσετε την εσωτερική και εξωτερική ομορφιά σας. Στο Valanion Spa θα βρείτε επιλεγμένα προϊόντα, εξειδικευμένες θεραπείες και περιποιήσεις. Τα μπαρ και καφέ μας παρουσιάζουν συναρπαστικές επιλογές γεύσεων και αρωμάτων που μπορείτε να εξερευνήσετε στο μενού μας και να απολαύσετε μοναδικές δημιουργίες. Το Castle Bar προσφέρει επώνυμα κοκτέιλ και είναι ανοιχτό καθημερινά από τις 5:00 μ.μ. έως τις 1:00 π.μ. Το Βυζαντινό Café προσφέρει ελαφριά σνακ και νόστιμα επιδόρπια καθημερινά από τις 9:30 π.μ. μέχρι αργά τα μεσάνυχτα. Τα εστιατόρια μας παρουσιάζουν μια εξαιρετική κουζίνα με ποικιλία επιλογών για την απόλυτη γευστική εμπειρία. Το εστιατόριο Palataki προσφέρει μια δημιουργική Eλληνική Μεσογειακή κουζίνα και είναι ανοιχτό για μεσημεριανό γεύμα από τις 1:00 μ.μ. έως τις 4:00 μ.μ. και για δείπνο από τις 6:30 μ.μ. έως τις 11:00 μ.μ. καθημερινά. Το εστιατόριο Elia προσφέρει πρωινό από τις 07:00 μ.μ. έως τις 10:00 μ.μ. κάθε μέρα. Ειδική συσκευασία τροφίμων (Breakfast & Lunch Box) διατίθεται κατόπιν αιτήματος.

Για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτησή σας, αποδεχόμαστε όλες τις κύριες κάρτες πληρωμής Mastercard, Visa & American Express. Όλες οι πιστωτικές διευθετήσεις θα πρέπει να δηλώνονται κατά την κράτηση. Οι επισκέπτες που επιθυμούν να χρεώσουν τους λογαριασμούς τους σε οποιονδήποτε άλλον εκτός από τον εαυτό τους, πρέπει να το διευθετήσουν πριν από την άφιξή τους. Το ξενοδοχείο θα ζητήσει προεγγρίσεις (pre-authorization) σε όλες τις κάρτες πληρωμής και θα προκαθοριστεί ανώτατο πιστωτικό όριο (credit limit) για όλους τους επισκέπτες κατά την άφιξή τους. Σε περίπτωση που επιθυμείτε την υπέρβαση του εγκατεστημένου ορίου κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής σας, θα χρειαστεί περαιτέρω εξουσιοδότηση και θα σας ενημερώσουμε αναλόγως. Για να πληρώσετε τη διαμονή σας στο ξενοδοχείο (hotel accommodation), τους λογαριασμούς σας (bills), τις επιπλέον χρεώσεις (additional services), τις συναλλαγές αγορών σας (shopping transactions) και τον τελικό λογαριασμό κατα την διάρκεια του ελέγχου αναχώρησης (check out bill), επικοινωνήστε με την το Τμήμα Υποδοχής (Reception). Σημειώστε ότι οι προσωπικές επιταγές (cheques) δεν γίνονται δεκτές.
